However, recently surfaced reports suggesting that a deal is already done are slightly premature. Italian journalist Fabio Gatto has claimed that Guardiola is 'unsure' about the 21-year-old and would rather bring Tottenham striker Kane to the Etihad.
Kane was heavily linked with a move to Manchester last summer but the deal eventually fell through.
