A Tottenham Hotspur icon has given Manchester United the green light to move for Harry Kane in the summer. Kane has been linked with a move to United as they look to strengthen their frontline options.
Edinson Cavani is expected to leave the club at the end of the season and the England captain could be one of those viewed as a possible replacement for the Uruguayan.
He was in fine form once again for Spurs during their 5-1 victory over Newcastle on Sunday. Despite not scoring, he helped lead his side in a dominant display that moved the north London club into the top four while United dropped to seventh.
