Melanie and Martina Grant, now 51, shot to fame as the so-called Fun House twins on the long running game show of the same name.
Fun House, which was fronted by host Pat Sharp, saw the red team and the yellow team go head to head as they took on a series of games and an obstacle course in a bid to win an array of fabulous prizes.
Contestants who were lucky enough to win would go home with a bag of goodies including cameras, sports equipment, cinema tickets, toys and more.To aid them as much as possible, Melanie and Martina acted as Cheerleaders for the red and yellow teams respectively.
Each team would consist of a boy and a girl from the same school somewhere in the UK.The show ran for ten years between 1989 and 1999 and saw Melanie and Martina become some of the most recognisable Children’s TV stars in the UK.
