But now their baby girl is on the mend and the couple - who are parents to five other children - hope she will be out of hospital on Wednesday.
Paris shared a sweet video of her baby girl changing out of her swaddle and into a fresh white onesie with a matching bow on her head.
More importantly, the tube in her nose that was feeding her oxygen is gone - a sign that she's on the mend and almost ready to head home.
