When Rebecca and Jack Unwin booked their £6,000 five-star honeymoon in Mexico they expected the trip of a lifetime. But their dream getaway soon turned into the 'holiday from hell'.
The couple booked a multi-destination honeymoon from Tui and, along with their five-year-old son Albert, they loved their first stop on the trip.
But after arriving at their second hotel in Cancun, the holiday turned sour - with claims of food poisoning, a dead bird floating in the children's pool and 'swimming in everyone else's dirt'.
And after complaining about the ordeal, the young family were left 'shocked' after being offered £600 in compensation, just one-tenth of the cost of their break.
