Online shoppers are being warned there could be chaos this Christmas with an even higher demand for delivery services amid the coronavirus pandemic.
The numbers of people who now shop online for food and non-essential items have gone up and with the increasing numbers there are fears the shops might be left struggling to keep up, warn experts.
