Purezza, which first launched in Brighton in 2015, will open its first restaurant in Manchester this May. Everything on the menu of Neapolitan, sourdough pizzas will be plant-based - that means vegan takes on mozzarella and even nduja sausage.
The award-winning restaurant concept is taking over the Northern Quarter site once occupied by Dough, which closed for good last year along with neighbouring cocktail bar Apotheca.
