In a new letter sent to presiding Judge Arun Subramanian at the end of last week, Marc Agnifilo and the rest of the embattled music mogul’s legal team is trying a new strategy in their bid for bail and their client’s release: if it’s good enough for Trump, it’s good enough for them!
The former (and now future) POTUS was prosecuted in United States v Trump over his phony claims about the 2020 election being stolen, leading to the January 6 insurrection attempt by the crowd at his rally.
After being indicted in August of 2023, the former Apprentice star’s case eventually worked all the way up to the Supreme Court.
