Covid-19 since quarantine legislation was passed by Holyrood a month ago. Health secretary Jeane Freeman today blamed an administrative delay which saw NHS staff unable to access the Home Office systems which log flight details - a situation described as "staggering" by Scots Tory leader Jackson Carlaw.
