Nikki Grahame's 'great energy' remembered in Big Brother Glyn's tribute as doc airs

Big Brother star Glyn Wise has shared how he reached out to his fellow housemate Nikki Grahame’s mum after Nikki’s tragic death as he paid tribute to the late reality star’s “great energy.” During an appearance on This Morning on Thursday 7 April, Glyn explained that he felt compelled to get in touch with Nikki’s mum Sue and send his condolences when he heard the news.

Reflecting on Nikki’s sad passing last April following a lifelong battle with anorexia, Glyn, who is training to be a priest, told hosts Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary: “She was such great energy.” The 33-year-old continued: “I sent a message to her mother because I know her mother is a woman of faith, as well, so that has helped her through.” Get exclusive celebrity stories and fabulous photoshoots straight to your inbox with OK!'s daily newsletter Glyn also explained that whenever he thinks of his time spent with Nikki in the famous reality house, he can’t help but smile at their shared memories.

He added: “I know Nikki will be looking down on us and smiling and laughing.” Glyn’s comments come as viewers can watch a moving Channel 4 documentary about Nikki’s life, rise to fame and sad death.

The one-off programme, called Nikki Grahame: Who Is She, features interviews with Nikki’s mum Sue, close friends and famous faces from Dermot O’Leary to Vanessa Feltz.There are many moving moments throughout the documentary, including when Sue shares the heartbreaking ways in which she keeps her late daughter close to her.
