Nick Thune Sets New Stand-Up Special ‘Born Young’

deadline.comEXCLUSIVE: Comedian Nick Thune is set to debut his next stand-up special, Born Young, on the YouTube Channel of Nate Bargatze’s Nateland on March 7.
For Thune, the special comes in the heels of Nick Thune: Folk Hero in 2014 and Nick Thune: Good Guy in 2016. Previously, the comic also put out Thick Noon, a comedy album released in 2010.
Watch a trailer above. While no logline for Thune’s new hour was provided, it was filmed at The Lab at Zanies in Nashville, with Mike Lavin directing.
Bargatze and Adrian Kulp exec produced for Nateland Entertainment. Known for his absurdist storytelling, razor-sharp deadpan wit and inclusion of music in his act, Thune has frequently opened for Bargatze and headlined sold-out shows worldwide.
