The 35-year-old actress was spotted on the set of the movie on Wednesday morning (March 12) in New York City. At one point, while strolling the streets with co-star Josh Hartnett, she had blood thrown at her face and was drenched with the substance.
Verity centers on “struggling writer Lowen Ashleigh (Johnson), who is hired by Jeremy Crawford (Hartnett) to complete the remaining books in a series penned by his wife, author Verity Crawford (Anne Hathaway), who has suffered a mysterious accident.
Lowen soon learns that a secret unfinished manuscript may reveal clues about the family’s past.” Cape Fear‘s Nick Antosca will write the script, which is based on Colleen‘s work.
