The two actors/singers performed during an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Thursday night (March 13) in New York City.
The Last Five Years explores the five-year relationship of Jamie and Cathy, told through non-linear storytelling. Cathy tells her side of the story starting from the end while Jamie starts at the beginning.
The only time they share the stage is at the middle, when their timelines intertwine. Nick and Adrienne performed “The Next Ten Minutes,” which is the one song they sing together in the show.
