A leading Lanarkshire dentistry expert has taken up an important nationwide role.NHS Lanarkshire dental public health consultant Albert Yeung is the new president of the British Association for the Study of Community Dentistry (BASCD).

BASCD is the UK’s professional association promoting oral health in populations and social groups, emphasising the prevention and control of oral diseases and conditions; and Albert was sworn in as president as members gathered for their first in-person conference in three years.
