Carse of Gowrie farmer is set to ring the changes to a former telephone exchange. Councillors this week unanimously approved plans to transform a dilapidated Inchture building into a coffee shop/snack bar.

Mr Taylor's family have been farming in the area since 1927. He owns G.C. Taylor Farms, a haulage business, the Taypack site (leased to Asda) at Inchture and is the majority shareholder in Mackies crisps.
