A huge new holiday park is set to open in the UK complete with 250 eco-lodges, a hotel and a lake for watersports. The new resort has been nicknamed a 'Center Parcs by the Sea' by its developers (although it's not affiliated with the brand), and is set to open on the site of former theme park Pleasure Island in Cleethorpes, North East Lincolnshire.
As reported by GrimsbyLive, an application has been submitted detailing out plans to transform the 57-acre site into a holiday resort with eco-lodges, a hotel, a superstore, petrol station and two leisure units.
