The 49-year-old left fans in floods of tears after they'd tuned in to listen to her song Home For Christmas on Heart FM.After the festive hit was unveiled on her radio breakfast show, the TV bombshell took to Instagram to share a snippet of the new record with her 1.6million fans.Trying to shed some positivity, on what has seemingly been one of the worst years on record in a long time, she penned: "My new Christmas song is out now."It's been a difficult year for us all but one of the positives to come from 2020 has been the extra time we've been given to engage with friends, neighbours, and our families.
