Projecting into Manchester’s skyline, Urbis is the oddly-shaped home to the National Football Museum. Thousands of fans and families pass through its glass doors every year, catching a glimpse of the shirts, turnstiles, and scarves that make up our beautiful game.

He’s employed by the caterers for Urbis, Vanilla in Allseasons, and has a background in the food world. “I used to run the Frankie and Benny’s in St Anne’s Square and for an events company at the beginning of Salford,” he tells the Manchester Evening News.
So, what makes the man tick? Where’s your favourite hidden gem? I would probably say Dimitri’s, the Greek restaurant on Deansgate.
