dailystar.co.ukPolice have launched a murder investigation after the body of missing schoolgirl Amber Gibson was found in a park over the weekend.
The 16-year-old was reported missing on Friday (November 26) from her hometown of Hamilton, Scotland, whilst heavy snow was falling across the country.
At around 10.10am on Sunday police discovered the body of a young woman in Hamilton's Cadzow Glen Park. They later confirmed that it was Amber.Streets around the park were cordoned off as officers conducted enquiries.
