Gaining weight is an inevitable side-effect of pregnancy, as everyone knows. But for some women, it's not just as simple as piling on the baby pounds - bloating and swelling are also common side effects.

Whether it be feet, ankles, tummy or face, some women can experience unpleasant bloating when they're with child. But for one mum-to-be, the pregnancy swelling on her face has left her almost unrecognisable.

Savanna Lenfestey has shared how dramatically her appearance has changed after falling pregnant.
