But now that doesn’t have to be an issue anymore because a mum has revealed a handy trick for dealing with the sticky situation.
Lisa Larner shared her parenting tip for dealing with melted lollies – and all you need is one thing from your kitchen drawer.
The trick uses a plastic food clip/peg which you would usually keep for sealing packets of crisps and other items. Posting on Facebook in Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK, the mum explained how she fastens the clip across the ice lolly stick.
