Mother of missing teenager makes emotional plea for help
manchestereveningnews.co.ukA mother has made a desperate plea for her "vulnerable" missing teenage daughter to return home. Amy Storan, 17, has not been seen by her family for ten days.
Her mother, Sarah Heap, from Denton, said there had been reports of Amy being in Wythensahwe and at the Christmas markets in Piccadilly Gardens in Manchester city centre.
Sarah said: "The last time we actually saw her was a week last Thursday when she was going out to meet some friends. There was nothing unusual about her going out.
She left at about 1pm. She did not return home, but I did speak to her on the phone on Monday last week at about 3.30pm. She called me after I sent her a message.
