Nottingham Forest midfielder Morgan Gibbs-White says Paul Scholes and Wayne Rooney inspired him to pursue a career in football.
The playmaker admitted to being a Manchester United fan growing up and hailed both club icons for their qualities on the ball.
Rooney scored 253 goals in 559 games for United while Scholes amassed an astonishing 716 appearances for the club, netting 155 times and creating 81 assists.
Both won a cabinet-load of trophies together including the 2008 Champions League, five Premier League titles and a Club World Cup.
