More than 50 new confirmed coronavirus cases in Lanarkshire since yesterday

The Scottish Government today said that 758 people have now tested positive for coronavirus in Lanarkshire.That is a rise of 51 from yesterday’s figure of 707.It comes as 566 patients across Scotland who tested positive for coronavirus (COVID-19) have died.Today’s figures also show that 247 people across Lanarkshire were in hospital at midnight, with confirmed or suspected coronavirus.And 29 people in Lanarkshire were in intensive care at midnight, with confirmed or suspected coronavirus.The Scottish test numbers for April 11 show a total of 31,114 people have been tested across the country.Of these:■ 25,202 tests were confirmed negative■ 5912 tests were positive■ 566 patients who tested positive have died■ 221 patients were in intensive
