More than 340,000 have said they will ‘attend’ a joke Christmas Rave at Downing Street amid the festive party scandal that has rocked the Boris Johnson's leadership in recent days.

The Facebook event, which has been set up by Scottish DJ Jon Mancini, has attracted hundreds of thousands of punters that have said that they are interested or going.

The “Christmas Rave” has been pencilled in to ‘take place’ on Friday, December 24 at 6pm. A description of the event has Boris Johnson ‘and chums’ leading the “massive rave”.
