Brighton & Hove Albion midfielder Moises Caicedo has admitted he enjoys being in the headlines this summer as several Premier League sides battle for his signature.
Manchester United are one of several sides to have held a long-standing interest in Caicedo, with reports earlier this year suggesting they were keen on the 21-year-old.
The arrival of Mason Mount for £60million looks to have filled the midfield gap, but Erik ten Hag would be open to a second midfield signing once he lands a goalkeeper and a No.9.
Caicedo was considered as an alternative to Mount while United struggled to agree on a fee with Chelsea for the England international.
