Bayern Munich board member and former club president Uli Hoeness appears to have suggested that Harry Kane has signalled he wishes to join Bayern Munich.
Manchester United have been exploring alternatives to top target Kane after receiving pushback from Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy.
The England captain was identified as Erik ten Hag’s top transfer priority before the window opened. Bayern have also been linked and have reportedly submitted at least two failed bids for Kane, thought to be in the region of around £70m.
However, Hoeness claims that the Spurs legend has indicated he would be willing to switch to the Bundesliga. Speaking to reporters on Saturday, the 71-year-old said: “He [Kane] signalled very clearly that his decision was made.
