Naman Ramachandran Disney’s “Moana 2” stayed atop the U.K. and Ireland box office with £6.9 million ($8.8 million) in its second weekend, bringing its cumulative total to £21.5 million ($27.4 million), per numbers from Comscore.

Universal’s “Wicked” continued to perform steadily in its third frame, adding £5.3 million for a running total of £37.7 million.

Paramount’s “Gladiator II” secured third place with £1.6 million in its fourth weekend, pushing its total to £26.6 million. Studiocanal’s “Paddington In Peru” maintained audience interest in its fifth week with £1.2 million, accumulating £29 million to date.

Indian import “Pushpa 2 – The Rule,” starring Allu Arjun, from AA Films U.K., debuted at fifth place with £1.1 million, while the seasonal “Andre Rieu’s Christmas Concert: Gold And Silver” from Piece of Magic Entertainment opened at sixth with £931,024.
