Arteta must sell players to fund his transfer business this summer, with the Gunners targeting midfielders Thomas Partey and Dani Ceballos after confirming the capture of centre-half Gabiel Magalhaes on Tuesday.
Now the manager must decide whether Bellerin should one of those whose departure will help pay for his squad overhaul, after multiple sources reported that PSG had made an opening bid.
Bellerin has been Arsenal's first-choice right-back for some time, but the emergence of Ainsley Maitland-Niles may pave the way for the Gunners to cash in on the 25-year-old.
