Arsenal have two players with the potential to replace Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang already at the club. Gabon international Aubameyang quickly made his name as one of the most important players at the Emirates after joining from Borussia Dortmund in January of 2018, but his future is now in doubt with his contract reaching it’s final year.
The 30-year-old has previously pledged his commitment to the club but a hefty bid from Real Madrid could tempt the Gunners to make their money back on player that has managed 61 goals in only 96 fixtures.
If they are to part ways with their prized asset, Michael Owen has predicted that a new starting duo could be selected by Mikel Arteta, utilising two young forwards already in north London.
