And her ex-President husband, who was acquitted after his impeachment trial, was spotted out on a Florida golf course on the same day typically known for romantic gestures.
On Twitter Melania Trump said: "On this Valentine's Day, I think of the brave & inspirational children at The Children's Inn and National Institutes of Health where I visited the past few years. "Sending them love & strength, today & everyday.
