Footage from the Wimbledon Ladies’ Final on Saturday 10 July appears to show actress Priyanka ignore Kate and Will as they sat down in the seats in front of her to watch the match, after receiving a round of applause from a handful of spectators.
Instead, Priyanka, 38, who was not the only person to refrain from clapping and cheering as the duo took their seats, appeared to “ignore” the pair by fiddling with her scarf.
Some eagle-eyed fans have now connected this move to a similar gesture performed by Prince William in 2018 when Meghan tried to talk to him after a family church service.
