Meghan Markle has made a surprise appearance in a video for the wellness coffee brand she is backing. The Duchess of Sussex, 41, became the first investor in Clevr Blends after she and Prince Harry stepped back from senior royal duties in 2020 and moved to Montecito in California in a bid to find financial independence.
Now, Hannah Mendoza, co-founder and CEO of the company, has shared a video detailing the brand’s origin story, how it has grown, and the important role Meghan has played in its success.
And the Duchess, who once famously gave Clevr Blends as a gift to Oprah Winfrey, appears at numerous points in the clip posted on Instagram.
In the video, Hannah discussed how she started the business in 2016. She said: "People fell in love with the drink and really wanted to make them at home." She added: “Three years ago, everything changed.
