Harry and Meghan met in July 2016 and they tied the knot two years later at Windsor Castle. However, the couple stepped back from royal life in 2020 after struggling with the intense scrutiny that came with being senior members of The Firm - eventually settling in Montecito, California with their two children Archie, three, and Lilibet, one.
Ms Levin, author of biographies on Harry and Queen Consort Camilla, said it was well known that Meghan was “delightful” unless you said the wrong thing - at which point she became “really scary”.
Speaking to GB News, she added: “I think he (Harry) is frightened of her because of the way he looks at her. He doesn’t want to say something if she wants to speak. “If she wants to talk to someone before him then he steps back.
