Meghan Markle has denied reports about the reason behind not attending the King’s Coronation in the coming weeks. Reports suggested the Duchess of Sussex would not be attending because of a letter she sent expressing concern over unconscious bias in the royal family.
According to the Daily Telegraph, the letter was sent to Charles, who was the Prince of Wales at the time, following Harry and Meghan’s appearance on the Oprah Winfrey Show in March 2021.

A spokesperson for Meghan said: “The Duchess of Sussex is going about her life in the present, not thinking about correspondence from two years ago related to conversations from four years ago. “Any suggestion otherwise is false and frankly ridiculous.
