Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's first engagement with the Royal Family since announcing their decision to quit "wasn't the warm reunion that we were all hoping for", a body language expert has claimed.

Speaking to Mirror Online, Judi James claims the Duke of Sussex was very "tense" and needed support from his wife. The couple smiled and held hands as they walked into Westminster Abbey for the Commonwealth Day Service this afternoon, chatting to organisations before taking their seats behind the Queen, Prince Charles and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

Meghan beamed as the curtsied to the rest of the royal family, and greeted her sister-in-law Kate with a slightly awkward wave.
