The Kingdom Choir’s Karen ‘doesn’t blame’ Meghan and Harry for quitting royal life: ‘They aim to do good in the world’

The Kingdom Choir star Karen Gibson has recalled the ‘magical’ moment they performed at Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s wedding two years ago, but admits she is ‘sad’ they’ve since quit royal life. Karen and her gospel choir had the honour of performing Stand By Me during Meghan and Harry’s wedding in May 2018, giving the singing group an unprecedented platform to showcase their talent.

Since then, The Kingdom Choir have gone on to tour the world while Meghan and Harry decided to quit life as working members of the royal family earlier this year, moving to the US for a fresh start with their son Archie.

The Kingdom Choir were there for the happiest moment of the couple’s lives so, understandably, were shocked at their major life change.
