Meghan and Harry's daughter Lilibet christened but William and Kate 'snub' invite

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have christened their daughter Lilbet in an intimate ceremony in California, the couple have confirmed.The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who are parents to Archie, three, and Lilibet, who is 21 months, attended an intimate ceremony for their daughter at their home in Montecito, California.

According to People, an invite to the ceremony "was extended" to Prince Harry's brother, Prince William, as well as his wife Kate Middleton, King Charles and Queen Consort Camilla, however none were in attendance.

A spokesperson for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex confirmed to the publication: "I can confirm that Princess Lilibet Diana was christened on Friday, March 3 by the Archbishop of Los Angeles, the Rev John Taylor." The beautiful event is said to have been attended by 20-30 close friends of the couple, including filmmaker Tyler Perry, who is Lilibet's godfather.
