Meet the man tasked with leading Man City into the future

New Academy Director Thomas Krucken falls under the second category: he was drawn to Manchester as a student coach from Germany, picking City as an ideal club to learn his trade.
Twenty four years later he is back to lead the academy into a new era. He jumped at the chance to return home, having not forgotten the warmth of the people he met as a student.
The club is unrecognisable from his days getting the Magic Bus to Platt Lane, but Krucken never lost touch with their fortunes.
He is now tasked with taking the profitable academy to new heights and at the centre of his plan to do so is finding the 'Player of the Future for the Game of the Future'.
