Some of the biggest revelations on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here has come from chats around the campfire, and on Thursday, 5 December, it was Maura Higgins who surprised fellow celebrity Oti Mabuse by openly discussing the truth about her love life.

Maura, who is linked to Strictly Come Dancing star Pete Wicks, was asked by Oti if anything written about her in the press wasn’t true.

Maura replied: “I’ve been put with men that I’ve never been with.” She went on to explain: “Say I’m at an afterparty, there’d be an article the next day saying Maura was cosying up with x, y, x, and when they did articles on my past relationships, those people would be in it.

Realistically, I couldn’t give a s**t about people’s opinions.” She added that: “I’m called a bike,” which led Oti to ask: “What’s a bike?” “So every single man I see, I ride him,” Maura explained, shocking Oti. “I’ve not even been with that many men.
