She allegedly filed for an emergency end to her marriage with Olivier this week after initially signing off for a divorce from her 50-year-old husband on April 17.
But their divorce will apparently be "easy" for Mary-Kate thanks to her prenup, which will have set out what happens to her assets in the case of a breakup before they got married. "Her business interests and fortune are protected," a source told US Weekly.
