Rangers wouldn't have won the title on Helicopter Sunday if he had agreed to have cruciate ligament surgery earlier in the season.
During the 2004-05 season the centre-back suffered a ruptured cruciate ligament, and was told he would require surgery. However, the Trinidad international famously refused to go under the knife, stating his belief that God would heal him as his side battled Celtic for the title.
The defender missed just one game as Alex McLeish 's side won the SPL, and feels if he'd followed medical advice the dramatic last-day title win may not have happened.
