The Martin Lewis Money Show returned to our screens and the expert claimed "7 million are out of contract" and that they can get broadband for half the price with speeds that are "two times faster".
The money saving expert claims the "bench mark deals" people should be aiming for are as low as £18.99 and these can be found on comparison websites which should be checked annually.
Martin Lewis advised people to also get on the phone and see if you can get a better deal and to speak to customer disconnections which is where you can get the deals from.
It comes as the personal finance guru said that by using the Groupon website, film fanatics can get over a third off on tickets at Vue cinemas.
