MARK Wright has revealed his simple life hack for a more productive day - eating the right thing for breakfast. The 35-year-old admitted it can be difficult to set himself up for the properly due to this busy lifestyle, but finds eating almonds really helps him.
New research shows the ‘post-lunch slump’ is a thing of the past – but it’s not all good news, as the drop in productivity is actually happening much earlier.
A poll of 2,000 adults found most reported a dip in their work levels at 11am, with just nine per cent feeling their least productive at 3pm.
Nearly half who feel unproductive are losing an hour or more a day due to low energy levels – that’s more than six working weeks lost due to sluggishness a year.
