Marcus Rashford (born 31 October 1997) is an English professional footballer who plays as a forward for Premier League club Manchester United and the England national team.
A Manchester United player from the age of seven, he scored two goals on both his first-team debut against Midtjylland in the UEFA Europa League in February 2016 and his Premier League debut against Arsenal three days later.
He also scored in his first Manchester derby match, his first EFL Cup match and his first UEFA Champions League match. With United, Rashford has so far won the FA Cup, EFL Cup, FA Community Shield and UEFA Europa League.
Manchester United star Marcus Rashford has revealed he "learnt a lot" from Zlatan Ibrahimovic during the Swede's time at Old Trafford.
Ibrahimovic spent two seasons with United, linking up with former boss Jose Mourinho and helping the Red Devils win the Europa League and the League Cup.In a Q&A on Twitter, Rashford was asked who the best player he has played alongside is and the England international named Wayne Rooney, before also admitting that he also "learnt a lot" from Ibrahimovic.Rashford has previously stated that playing alongside Ibrahimovic was key to his development, telling the UTD Podcast: "I played with Zlatan and it was just his mentality was beyond anything I’d ever played with before."He didn’t care what anyone would say.
