Manchester Victoria station has been nominated for the prestigious title of 'Large Station of the Year' at the esteemed 2023 National Rail Awards.
With over 10 million people choosing this station a year the nomination is an acknowledgement of Manchester Victoria’s service to its vast number of passengers.
The station is under the management of Northern, the second largest train operator in the UK, who will find out if they have won the title at an awards ceremony on Thursday, 14 September.
In the process of determining the winner, judges have already assessed various essential criteria, including accessibility, information provision, ticketing infrastructure, customer service, overall cleanliness, and presentation.
