Manchester United have been told they should expect Bruno Fernandes to be playing with a point to prove after missing the goalless draw with Liverpool last weekend.
Earlier this month, Fernandes was roundly criticised for picking up his fifth caution of the season against AFC Bournemouth after arguing with the referee.
The Portuguese midfielder was accused of doing this on purpose so as to miss the match at Anfield but there is no evidence to suggest this was the case.
In his absence, United put in a gutsy display to grab a point at Anfield but it is widely expected their captain shall return to the starting XI now his suspension has been served.
