That's according to a report from French news outlet Le10Sport, which claims the London side could make an early summer transfer window swoop for the Brazilian.
PSG have already confirmed the departures of Lionel Messi and Sergio Ramos following the culmination of their 2022/23 season, and Neymar could be the next big name to follow them out of the exit door.
It's claimed that incoming Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino is keen to reunite with Neymar, who he managed during his time in the French capital.
