Erik ten Hag's side have struggled in midfield this season with the ageing Casemiro and the disappointing performances of Sofyan Amrabat leaving the Red Devils exposed in the middle of the park.
And according to Het Nieuwsblad, United have been added to a growing list of suitors who are potentially interested in Keita.
It is also claimed that West Ham are interested in Antwerp's defensive midfielder who made his international debut for Belgium in October last year.
The 21-year-old has struggled with a knee injury at times this season but featured in both Champions League group stage games against Barcelona last year.
