Rio Ferdinand has advised Paul Pogba to speak about his situation at Manchester United rather than letting Mino Raiola speak on his behalf.
Pogba, 27, has not started for United since September 30 yet his agent Raiola has spoken frequently about the Frenchman's future.
Raiola launched a Twitter tirade at Ole Gunnar Solskjaer in February after the United manager reiterated Pogba is 'our player', and last month told Marca he intends to take a 'great player' to Real Madrid this summer, having said he was 'sorry' Pogba did not move to the Bernabeu last year.
Pogba spoke recently on the United podcast about his time at the club and addressed the criticism regularly levelled at him by the former Liverpool captain Graeme Souness.
